Drawing inspiration from the concept of a love letter, I decided to theme the text that way as guests will be having a “date night” with Yiannis Taverna. “Love, Yiannis” was initially used to give off the feeling, and to connect it with the love letter idea, I decided to make the header “Dear Valentine.”
I added a visual touch of the lipstick mark to mimic classic love letter touches known in popular media. It was a visual choice to fill space while being able to tie everything together.
The bottle in the menu card is to let customers know immediately that this card is related to wine, but also brings a showing of the Côte des Roses Rosé Limited Edition bottle which is being featured.
